I very concerned that mayor zimmer and her newly elected council members show no sense of urgency regarding hoboken serious state of affairs.Their nonchalance about being unprepared and uninformed at council meetings and their inability to hold special or emergency meetings in a timely manner suggest that they really don understand the scope of this city problems or how to resolve them. While i don follow all the details of our local politics, i do vote and i admit i was caught up in the and revolution that swept through the mayoral elections of 2009. I guess 2010 will be the true test as to whether our new politicians can deliver the goods.But i also admit that the letter seems to have pointed out some serious failures on dawn zimmer part, and without a doubt, that photo of the couple gives me no reassurance whatsoever.
